The Personal Inspection Tour is a key element of the service provided by Investabroad Properties and its members. This is designed for clients who are ready and financially able to select and reserve their property.
Features of the Personal Inspection Tours as they apply to Southern Spain are :
Flights arranged with low cost carrier or scheduled airline as required.
Stays of 4 days and 3 nights in accommodation at no cost to the client.
Collection from and return to airport in Spain.
Review of client’s requirements following arrival.
Individual and personal tours of selected properties.
Advice on proximity of local amenities as appropriate.
Professional guidance to assist final purchase choice.
Introduction to reputable English speaking lawyers.
Assistance with all aspects of the reservation process.
Introduction to furniture suppliers and other after sales services as required.
For Cyprus, Personal Inspection Tours follow the same pattern with accommodation – either at no cost to the client or subsidised, dependent on the length of stay.
For other locations Personal Inspection Tours will be arranged on an individual basis.
Personal Inspection Tours are the recommended way of viewing properties. Your Investabroad Properties member or the Investabroad Properties office will gladly discuss the criteria required for a tour to be arranged.
For clients who have made their own travel and accommodation arrangements, Investabroad Properties will organise 1 or 2 day appointments subject to clients being financially able to make a reservation.
